Acetic acid found in the vinegar also makes it antibacterial in nature making it an important ingredient for mouth cleaning and teeth whitening. Since acetic acid may erode the tooth enamel, one is advised not to use apple cider vinegar daily. One should also limit the time the vinegar will have contact with the teeth.
Fruits and vegetables
A diet that is rich in fruits and vegetables is not only good for your teeth but your overall health as well. To help whiten one’s teeth, one can include crunchy fruits, raw vegetables, and other raw fruits in the diet.
